I am a versatile designer with capabilities across the end-to-end experience design process. As a competent researcher, I do well at identifying process gaps and root causes. Being a skilled design thinker helps me facilitate collaboration between experts from different domains to design meaningful solutions. I am sound at a gamut of UX/UI design skills that I use to design usable, engaging experiences.
I have worked in start-ups and MNCs, service-based organisations and product-based companies, managed large teams as well as worked as an individual contributor. Gaining experience across several domains and working in different environments has helped me develop a matured outlook. Besides running a design start-up for over 10 years, I have led design studios for 2 organisations. Managing studio growth and participating in pre-sales has helped me understand the business of design. Mentoring creative talent has made me a compassionate leader.

I graduated in Fine Art from Sir J.J. Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai in 2002. After a short stint in advertising and graphic design, I moved to UX Design. I am an Ideo Certified Service Designer and HFI Certified Usability Analyst.
